I feel it's important to know the home you are buying or selling. I know homes inside and out with having experience in building custom homes. This comes in handy for my sellers when putting a value on their home and showcasing the unique features of that home to a potential buyer. For my buyers, it helps with finding a home that is quality built and picking out the homes that have simply applied lipstick. I'm fully dedicated to every client I work with and am always looking at the bigger picture and not the quick buck.

 

My services don't stop once the sold sign goes up – I’m a full-service realtor and am in constant contact with my clients even after the home closes.
